Will and Wendy

The lyrics to this song were taken from a poem by Shaun Mangan. It's first known performance was at New York Ave. on 10/29/1997 [Huntington, NY].

Will and Wendy does not appear on either album. It disappeared for over a year and was played 4 times from 03/16/2002 to 07/04/2002. Unfortunately this great tune is now, once again out of rotation...

Lyrics

Will and Wendy once a walking
Will watched their wings get clipped
Will watched their wings get clipped
Will watched their wings...

In a wicked wild wasteland
Where wanderers will wait
Will and Wendy went a walking
While Wes and Wally ate
When witches watch the wild one
While others wisely wink
a witty wino with his wine
Will whip them up a drink

While they wash their weary whiskers
and wait with worry warts
Wally with his whirling whip
Will whip that witch of sorts
With Wally now the wonder one
and wicked witches whipped

Will and Wendy once a walking
Will watched their wings get clipped
