Return to Home

This was the first song written after Billy's departure.  It's lyrics were penned by Shaun Mangan, and the music was composed by Henry.

Moth closes 1998's "Thoughts of a Moth". Never played often, this song disappeared with the departure of Dennis. After a long break, Moth was bought back into rotation in late 2003.

Lyrics

There are moths in the light and it's bugging me out
they fly right in, what's this all about?
They have no mind for what may be good
thoughts of a moth, so misunderstood

Butterflies they're not, but they think they are
you might think too, if you look from afar
they fly with no direction yet true to their path
right into the light post
...and I laugh
