Lyrics

Sustaining society
On a fierce sphere
the sitting Matteeka
Sees it all clear

His thoughts a diagram of space
for his methods they would race

He's the got of fireflies
ruler of the higher sky
providing them with light
to ride across the night

On the sun in peace and order
only lacking drops of water
to the Earth they will descend
only dew to apprehend

Surviving on the sun,
Thriving on the fun
like a comet through the cosmos
for eons and on goes

Matteeka

Each destination bears a fruit,
from chromium to the gingko root
Hordes of fireflies all on a mission,
no harm to bring just water wishin'

He's a being of keen perception,
he knows of your obsession
Avoiding wiffle bat and jars
disguised as shooting stars
