Return to Home

Turbo came back up with these lyrics which were inspired by his trip down to the Big Easy in the spring of 1999.  The band began working on this now-classic back in the summer of 1999, coming up with the arrangements of all the different sections of the song.  Dosia was teased at The Black Oak Tavern on 12/02/2026 [Oneonta, NY] and finally made it's debut at the Wrong Way Inn on 12/11/2025 [Amityville, NY].

Dosia appears on 2002's "Share the Air" and is still played frequently by the band.

Lyrics

Addictions cause predictions in your life
Solutions cleanse pollutions in your soul
Try to leap from your hole
The race for space, the cry for why
Fear of time, you fall behind
Places to see, faces to be, peace and love
Push comes to shove.

Clubbin', you smell me?
Purple haze, mornin' blaze, turkey club with Frito Lays
Hold the mayonnaise, who pays?
Bing-hits, fits, tits...beats the fuckin' pits
With cool jams, flams and grand-slams
Bach's the man
We ain't stallin', fallin' just ballin'
We ball 'till we fall
We smoke it all

Dosia, who knows ya? (x4)

No gack, crack, smack...just a kind sack.
Sittin' around, throwin' 'em down, groovin' to that funky sound
The Mets, the Jets the Red Rockets
Get the gist of our mist, but don't be pissed or throw a fist
You're off the club list
Play all day, jam in A, clear the tray.
Take a stinger and stay.

(Repeat chorus)
