Help me stop the spoon man at the downtown

I cant stand him!!!! I need people to complain about this guy. Im pretty much not running aud tapes at the downtown until the spooning stops. Please help me. Next time you goto the downtown complain about this guy. He shouldnt be spooning during the music and I have had enough.
